*2022-2023 Registration Update*

Become a part of a Winning Tradition…..

 

The Police Athletic League (a non-profit organization) is sponsoring Youth wrestling development program this winter for students in grades 4th – 8th.

 

 

The program will be run by Jason Shaughnessy, Head Coach, Warde HS and Jeremy Kelly, Head Coach, Ludlowe HS.

  • There will be a free clinic November 16th @ 6-7pm in the Small GYM at Warde. ALL participants must complete the REGISTRATION FORM to participate in the clinic. This form is also required if you choose to sign up. 
  • Wrestlers are encouraged to sign-up at the free clinic. 
  • The program will consist of 2 practices a week
    • Tuesday 6-7:30pm at Ludlowe HS (Cafeteria- enter through the back of the building)
    • Thursday 6-7:30pm Warde HS in the small Gym
  • The program will begin November 29th and run until February 23rd.
  • The cost of the program will be $100 (check to Fairfield PAL or Cash) which includes a T-shirt and a sweatshirt. The program will be instructional and developmental based.

The program will not be attending matches or tournaments. We will have inter-squad matches and we may have live practice with other teams in the area.

Anyone who wishes to compete is encouraged to join SOUTHSIDE wrestling club which competes regularly. We will offer a discounted rate to those who also join SOUTHSIDE. 


PROGRAM FORMS AND ACTIVITY INFORMATION

  • Complete and submit online: PAL WRESTLING SIGN-UP INFO. This form is only required to submit online when you’re committed to joining the program.
  •  Print out and bring to the FREE CLINIC Wednesday November 16th or bring to a future practice to sign up PAL REGISTRATION FORM. This form is required for the free clinic and the same form is required for the program sign-up. Wrestlers are encouraged to sign-up at the free clinic. 

Both forms must be completed to participate in the program.
