In conjunction with Major League Baseball, PAL will offer the local competition of PITCH, HIT, AND RUN at Tunxis Hill Park (Lower Field), which was held on
Saturday June 12, 2021
Fairfield PAL would like to Congratulate Harper Branscombe in the 7/8 year old category, Julia Leavy in the 9/10 category, and Alexa Mills in the 13/14 category who all went on to the Team Competition at Citi Field where they all placed 3rd in the event! Way to Go!
This event is open to boys and girls who will be 7-14 years old on July 17th.
Pitch Hit & Run™ is the official skills competition of Major League Baseball®. This grassroots program is designed to provide youngsters with an opportunity to compete, free of charge, in a competition that recognizes individual excellence in core baseball/softball skills.
Boys and girls are divided into four age divisions: 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14, and have the chance to advance through three levels of competition, including Team Championships and the Finals during the World Series™.
